R17 Group is seeking a senior Human Capital leader to develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and competency management in Jakarta.

You will drive performance and talent management, oversee HR operations (TA, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Relations), strengthen culture and employee engagement, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while partnering with the Board.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Lead Organization Development initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and competency management.
• Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Relations.
• Develop and strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and effective HR governance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Board of Directors and business leaders on people and organizational matters.
