Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in talent management/leadership roles.
• Proven success in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
