Job summary

PT. Satya Langgeng Sentosa is seeking a seasoned Performance Management professional to lead and refine KPIs and evaluation processes. You will drive data-driven insights, collaborate with department heads, and deliver management-ready reports and dashboards.

The role requires a strong background in KPI development, data analysis, and performance monitoring, with emphasis on continuous improvement and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering, economics, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in performance management with corporate/organizational experience.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, cascading, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in performance data analysis, business reporting, and monitoring.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company's Performance Management policies and systems.
• Develop and cascade corporate and departmental KPIs to align with strategic objectives.
• Collect, validate, and monitor KPI achievement data for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and evaluate performance achievements, identifying gaps, trends, and risks.
• Develop and manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management reviews.
• Monitor corrective action plans and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.
• Collaborate with department heads to evaluate organizational performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Conduct socialization sessions and provide guidance to support implementation of employee performance improvement programs.
