Job summary

PT Sumberdaya Sewatama ( Part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) seeks a dedicated Performance Management professional to govern and optimize the system. You will align KPIs with strategic goals, cascade targets across the organization, and manage the full performance cycle with data-driven insights.

Applicants should hold a relevant bachelor degree and be proficient in Excel and Power BI, with a strong interest in data management and end-to-end Human Capital processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Experience in Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard, or HC/Data roles is preferred.
• Understanding of organizational design and end-to-end Human Capital processes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Manage the Performance Management system and governance to ensure it runs effectively, consistently, and in accordance with company policies. Develop and refine the Performance Management system through evaluation, benchmarking, digitalization, and the implementation of best practices in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and performance targets while ensuring alignment between KPIs and the company's objectives and strategy
• Facilitate the cascading of goals and KPIs from the corporate level down to the individual level to ensure performance alignment across levels and functions
• Manage the full Performance Management cycle, from goal setting and monitoring to performance review and evaluation
• Facilitate performance evaluation and calibration to ensure assessments are conducted objectively and consistently
• Manage performance data and analysis through reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making, performance improvement, and talent management

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields

Proficient in Ms. Excel (minimum Intermediate level) and/or Power BI

Prior experience in a Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard, Data Analyst, HC Analyst, Performance Analyst, or other relevant role

Possess a basic understanding of organizational design & development and the end-to-end Human Capital cycle

Strong interest in data management, data structuring, and the development of data management systems
