Job summary

PT Implora Sukses Abadi, a cosmetics and beauty company in Indonesia, seeks a KPI and strategic performance analyst. You will monitor KPI achievements, collect and analyze data, and create management reports to support business performance.

You will coordinate across departments, prepare presentations, track strategic initiatives, identify gaps, and contribute to continuous improvements. The role requires a degree in related field and 1–2 years' experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in strategic management, business planning, or performance management.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficient in Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate KPI achievements across departments on a regular basis.
Collect, consolidate, process, and analyze performance data to evaluate actual results against established targets.
Prepare KPI achievement reports, performance dashboards, and management reports to support business performance evaluation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of performance data.
Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and improvement programs to ensure implementation aligns with established targets and timelines.
Follow up with relevant departments on KPI achievements, performance gaps, and agreed improvement action plans.
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for periodic performance review meetings and management discussions.
Identify performance gaps and provide preliminary analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and update KPI databases, performance tracking documents, and other strategic management reports.
Support the implementation of strategic planning and performance management processes across the organization.
