Job summary

PT Sumberdaya Sewatama ( Part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) seeks a dedicated Performance Management professional to govern and optimize the system. You will align KPIs with strategic goals, cascade targets across the organization, and manage the full performance cycle with data-driven insights.

Applicants should hold a relevant bachelor degree and be proficient in Excel and Power BI, with a strong interest in data management and end-to-end Human Capital processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Experience in Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard, or HC/Data roles is preferred.
• Understanding of organizational design and end-to-end Human Capital processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and performance targets aligned with objectives and strategy.
• Cascade goals from corporate level to individuals for alignment.
• Oversee the full Performance Management cycle from goal setting to evaluation.
• Support objective assessment via calibration and governance.
• Analyze performance data with reports and dashboards to drive decisions.
