Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders up to VP level, providing both advisory and operational HR support.

You will lead performance management, drive organization development initiatives such as design and workforce planning, and analyze HR data to deliver actionable insights while ensuring policy compliance and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HRBP or equivalent HR role.
• Experience managing stakeholders at VP level for at least 2 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management and organization development.
• HRBP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR partner for stakeholders up to VP level, providing strategic and operational HR advisory.
• Lead and execute performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and improvement plans.
• Support and drive organization development initiatives, such as organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning.
• Analyze and interpret HR data (performance, engagement, productivity) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, including conflicting decisions, urgent business needs, and issue escalation.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and governance, while offering alternative solutions when requests conflict with HR rules.
