Job summary

PT Lasindo Jayabersama, a Jakarta-based Oil & Gas equipment supplier and services company, seeks a Senior HR Officer to coordinate recruitment, administer personnel records, and support daily HR operations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment including psych assessments, maintain accurate employee data, ensure compliance with Labour Law, and assist with performance reviews, benefits, and HR reporting in a dynamic energy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• 2-3 years of HR experience, esp. recruitment and personnel administration.
• Understanding of employment procedures and Labour law.
• Experience managing recruitment including psych tests through to offering stage.
• Ability to manage documents and personnel administration.

A Senior HR Officer position within an Oil & Gas Industrial equipment supply & services company based in Jakarta. The role involves managing recruitment processes, personnel administration, and supporting HR operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate recruitment processes
• Manage personnel administration including personal data, employment contracts, transfers, contract extensions, attendance, and leave
• Ensure compliance and completeness of employee documentation
• Support HR operational activities such as performance evaluation, benefits administration, and routine HR reporting
• Perform regular data updates and ensure accuracy of employee data

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology
• 2-3 years of work experience in HR, particularly in recruitment processes and personnel administration
• Understanding of employment procedures and policies, including Labour Law and related regulations
• Able to manage recruitment processes including conducting and analysing psychological tests through to the offering stage
• Able to manage documents and personnel administration
• Detail-oriented, organised, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
