Job summary

PT Lasindo Jayabersama, a Jakarta-based Oil & Gas equipment supplier and services company, seeks a Senior HR Officer to coordinate recruitment, administer personnel records, and support daily HR operations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment including psych assessments, maintain accurate employee data, ensure compliance with Labour Law, and assist with performance reviews, benefits, and HR reporting in a dynamic energy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• 2-3 years of HR experience, esp. recruitment and personnel administration.
• Understanding of employment procedures and Labour law.
• Experience managing recruitment including psych tests through to offering stage.
• Ability to manage documents and personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate recruitment processes.
• Manage personnel administration including contracts, transfers, attendance, and leave.
• Ensure compliance and completeness of employee documentation.
• Support HR operational activities such as performance evaluation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Perform regular data updates and ensure accuracy of employee data.
