Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Maximum 2 years of work experience; experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), or Rewards is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processes related to employee transfers and contract extensions for Head Office (HO) employees.
• Provide administrative support in employee compensation and benefits calculations, including benefit updates and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Administer and maintain HR documentation, including the preparation, distribution, filing, and monitoring of document completeness and status.
• Assist in translating HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other HR-related documents between Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Develop, maintain, and update compensation and benefits databases to support management reporting, budgeting, and remuneration analysis.
