Job summary

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, policy development, and performance management while fostering a positive culture and ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HR and GA roles within manufacturing or garment industries.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and talent management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general administration functions including office management and facilities coordination.
• Manage recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and compensation management per policy.
• Develop HR policies in line with Indonesian labour laws.
• Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training needs analysis.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain accurate HR records.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision making.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
