Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese manufacturing client in recruiting a General Affairs & ER Manager for its Cikarang operations. The role oversees general affairs, labor relations, and compliance with Indonesian laws in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with proven managerial experience in manufacturing, strong labor and employee relations expertise, and the ability to coordinate with HR and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree.
• Manager-level experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience handling labor-related issues and employee grievances.
• Experience negotiating and maintaining good relationships with labor unions.
• Experience developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Experience handling government relations and regulatory matters.
• Experience coordinating with HR on labor and employee-related issues.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong experience in General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
