You will oversee GA daily operations, support administrative processes, and handle ongoing duties as assigned, leveraging 5+ years of HR/GA experience to optimize workflows in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR and general affairs experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage annual attendance records and related administrative processes.
• Process monthly payroll, including accurate calculations and supporting documentation.
• Manage KITAS documentation and administrative processes for expatriate employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and human resources documentation.
• Support general affairs administration and daily operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
