Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an HR Administrator to maintain accurate employee HR data, process HR forms, and support payroll processing. You will manage daily HR operations, attendance, and leave reporting for management. Proficiency with Google Sheets/Forms/Looker Studio is preferred.

The role demands attention to detail, strong organization, and good interpersonal communication to support our Jakarta-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR admin experience.
• Good understanding of attendance, leave administration, and employee data management.
• Payroll experience preferred with salary/overtime calculations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and data accuracy focused.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards using Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee HR data and records accurately and regularly.
• Process HR administrative forms and ensure data is recorded in attendance system.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Prepare attendance and leave reports for management purposes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Management, or related field
