Job summary

PT Multi Rabo Bando, a rubber band manufacturer in North Sumatra, seeks an experienced HR & GA Supervisor to manage personnel administration and general affairs for the factory in Deli Serdang. You will directly oversee HR-GA functions, organize administration, and ensure orderly work systems in the field.

Responsibilities include payroll, BPJS administration, recruitment, onboarding, discipline, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in related fields.
• Experience 3+ years in HR-GA in manufacturing.
• Able to handle payroll, BPJS, and personnel administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; HRIS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data, employment contracts, and personnel documents for entry/exit.
• Verify attendance, schedules, leaves, and overtime with department heads.
• Prepare payroll, allowances, deductions, and salary slips; coordinate with finance for PPh 21.
• Handle BPJS Health and BPJS Employment administration including registrations and claims.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Visit factory areas to address discipline and resolve issues.
• Develop and improve HR SOPs, work rules, and HR systems.
• Coordinate security, cleaning, and general services; manage inventory and facilities.
• Prepare regular HR-GA reports on staff, attendance, and expenses.
