• D3/S1 graduate in Law or HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Fluent in English and computer-literate.
• Knowledge of KPI and HR systems; Indonesian Labour Law advantageous.

• Oversee HR and Development areas: Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Performance & Talent Management, Organization Development, HR legal aspects, Industrial Relations.
• Administer payroll and maintain employee records.
• Maintain company expenses aligned with budget; manage licensing & company registration.
• Oversee general affair tasks including procurement and asset maintenance.
• Liaise with management and staff at all levels; ensure labor law compliance.
