Qualifications

• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.
• 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related area.
• Or 6 years' experience with a 4-year bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with industry trends and develops business plans to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Executes plans aligned with Marriott brand strategies and leads property leadership to deliver results.
• Leads revenue generation through sales, marketing and brand initiatives.
