Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in hotel management operations or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational departments.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations and act as General Manager in absence of the GM.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering to meet brand standards.
• Steer profitability, budgeting, and capital expenditure alignment with the service strategy.
• Develop and implement property-wide strategies to meet guest expectations and financial targets.
• Ensure staff engagement and adherence to brand service initiatives.
