The ideal candidate has Indonesia work experience, fluent Bahasa Indonesia, and a proven track record in pre-opening or transformation projects within hospitality management.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops business plans designed to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share, aligned with Marriott brand strategies.
• Executes business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share, aligned with brand strategies.
• Works with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue strategies and pursue leads, aligning with brand goals.
• Creates development plans for direct reports and ensures managers do the same for their teams.
• Champions brand values and communicates brand goals to employees, owners, and customers.
• Reviews business data to improve market conditions, performance, and profitability; integrates information into plans.
• Ensures fair treatment of employees and maintains open communication; supports HR in engagement.
• Works with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, RevPAR, and market share; controls expenses.
• Maintains strong owner relations with proactive communication and performance analysis.
• Manages customer and public relations; promotes an exemplary brand image in the local community.
