Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' management ops experience.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management ops.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability and manage departmental budgets.
• Oversee operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Coach and guide operations team to control expenses and staffing.
• Ensure brand/service strategy is implemented and goals met.
