Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year degree in a relevant field; management experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in hotel operations, sales/marketing, finance and accounting.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with industry trends and monitors strengths and weaknesses of competition; develops business plans designed to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability and market share.
• Executes business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability and market share; aligns with brand strategies.
• Leads Sales and Marketing collaboration to develop revenue strategies and pursue new business.
• Creates development plans for executives and ensures staff succession planning.
• Champions Marriott brand values and represents the brand in leadership actions.

Education

2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
