Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with industry trends and develops business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Executes business plans and ensures alignment with brand strategies; holds leadership team accountable for delivery.
• Develops revenue-generating strategies with Sales and Marketing; pursues leads and accelerates bookings.
• Coaches Executive Committee and develops talent plans; ensures succession and staffing needs are met.
• Champions brand values and oversees compliance with policy, safety, and service standards.

Education
