• Two-year degree with eight years of management operations, sales and marketing, finance or related professional area.
• Four-year degree with six years of management operations, sales and marketing, finance or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align property business plans with Marriott brand strategies and execute to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability and market share.
• Lead the property leadership team to deliver business plans and drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand initiatives.
