Job summary

PT Multiyasa Swadaya seeks a General Affairs Manager to oversee facilities, assets, and office operations across company sites. You will drive procurement, vendor coordination, relocation projects, and events while ensuring efficient budget control.

Lead the GA team, coordinate transportation and warehouse activities, and manage permits and expatriate admin tasks to support overall operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of General Affairs experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in purchasing, facility and asset management, and office operations.
• Experience in office relocation and project coordination is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and company assets to ensure proper condition and utilization.
• Handle purchasing and procurement including vendor coordination and inventory control.
• Monitor GA budgets and expenses and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate office relocation and GA projects, including logistics, vendors, and building management.
• Manage operational transportation and coordinate warehouse activities.
• Plan and coordinate events, including gatherings, outings, entertainment, and CSR matters.
• Coordinate permits, licenses, legal administration, and expatriate-related tasks.
• Supervise the GA team and prepare reports on GA activities, purchasing, inventory, assets, and expenses.
