Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a General Affairs Manager to oversee office and factory facilities, employee amenities, and administrative support across Indonesia.

You will coordinate building maintenance, asset management, vendor relations, security, cleaning, and outsourced services; supervise drivers and daily operations; manage travel, licenses, and regulatory compliance; and monitor budgets and inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferred with 5-8 years of General Affairs experience, including Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles
• Proven GA experience in manufacturing environments, preferably chemical, printing ink, or material manufacturing industries
• Strong GA operations background: facility management, asset management, vendor management, outsourced service supervision
• Experience handling company vehicles, security, cleaning, canteen services, business travel, accommodation
• Experience managing licenses, permits, government relations, ISO/audit documentation, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee GA operations for office and factory facilities, employee amenities, and admin support
• Coordinate maintenance of buildings, facilities, assets, vehicles, and related infrastructure
• Supervise security, cleaning, canteen services, drivers, and outsourced personnel
• Manage vendor relationships: selection, quotations, negotiation, contracts, performance monitoring
• Control GA budgets, asset inventories, and office resources
