• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight forwarding or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics market.
• Prospect and approach potential customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and SMEs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and repeat business.
• Understand customers' shipping requirements and recommend suitable ocean freight, air freight, FCL, LCL, and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates, commercial terms, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and freight industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, quotation, and sales activity records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and dormant accounts to convert opportunities into active business.
• Handle customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve service-related concerns promptly.
