Job summary

PT. Rieckermann Indonesia is seeking a Sales Division Manager to lead the sale of logistics solutions, focusing on electric forklifts and warehousing systems in Indonesia.

You will present, promote, and close deals with existing and new customers, developing long-term relationships while coordinating with the management team. The role requires 8+ years in forklift sales, an engineering background preferred, and strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years sales experience in industrial forklifts.
• Preferably with an engineering background.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic and responsible with team discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell logistics solutions such as Electric forklifts for all industry segments to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify target customers based on identified industries.
• Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations, proof of concepts and related demonstrations.
• Analyze customer needs and offer solutions, including PEF and PM Scorecard.
• Prepare and calculate standard offers/quotations and submit for approval.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms in line with company standards.
• Conduct regular sales planning and report to the functional manager.
• Update the CRM system regularly.
• Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers.
