Job summary

PT. Rieckermann Indonesia is seeking a Forklift Service Engineer to provide timely technical service for BYD material handling equipment.

The role covers installations, maintenance, repairs, and on-site support with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management. Ideal candidates have a technical degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, fluent English, and the willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical subject or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance and repair of BYD Material Handling Equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of BYD Equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service on-site.
• Troubleshoot via phone, email or in person and manage service requests.
• Conduct technical project management for NEW, RENTAL and SECONDHAND BYD projects.
• Ensure timely and quality site and service reports, job-cards and resource estimates.
• Update CRM system regularly and recommend spare parts to customers.
