Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience in industrial equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Support senior sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits with supervision.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
• Market research and lead generation through researching potential customers and market trends.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM systems).
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain communication with prospects.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
• Handle basic after-sales service coordination with the service department.
• Ensure proper documentation for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
