Ateria in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a senior operations leader with at least five years in fine dining and three in a senior management role to drive performance across all outlets. You will champion SOPs, service standards, cost controls and P&L, while guiding large teams toward excellence.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, strategic thinking and a track record of profitability in premium F&B brands, including Japanese or yakiniku concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fine dining operations and at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, SOPs, service standards, cost control and P&L management.
• Proven leadership managing and developing large operational teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Experience in Japanese, yakiniku, fine dining or premium F&B brands is highly preferred.
