Job summary

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring superb guest service and financial performance. You will lead a diverse team, drive standards, and collaborate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and Front Office to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and HACCP compliance, with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in F&B operations with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience in hotel or upscale F&B environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, food, and beverage quality.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to meet targets.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate promotions and VIP requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
• Oversee cost control, stock, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Engineering, and Front Office.
• Prepare operating and sales reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Recruit and develop team members; manage staff schedules.
