Job summary

PT Artisan Kuliner Indonesia seeks a seasoned operations leader to oversee our F&B and retail concepts in Jakarta. You will drive multi-concept performance across restaurant, bakery, beverage, pop-up, and merchandise operations while maintaining exceptional service and product quality.

You will lead a diverse team, manage manpower, inventory, and cost control, and push sales, profitability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Experience managing multi-concept operations is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial and operational mindset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall F&B & Retail operations.
