Job summary

You will have at least 8 years as a Head Chef, strong leadership, menu development and rigorous cost control skills to maintain consistent quality across all dishes. Willingness to work in Jakarta and mentor the kitchen team is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Japanese fine dining, particularly yakiniku or wagyu.
• Minimum 8 years as Head Chef with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culinary techniques and presentation.
• Ability to create menus, develop dishes and maintain quality.
