Job summary

Werkudara Event Management is seeking a highly motivated Event Operation Staff to deliver exceptional event execution. You will coordinate logistics, supervise on-site activities, and ensure timelines are met across pre-, during-, and post-event stages.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least 1 year of EO/MICE experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EO, MICE, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Demonstrates problem-solving, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel for business assignments when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute operational activities before, during, and after events.
• Prepare event logistics, equipment, and operational requirements according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct venue setup, event supervision, and dismantling activities.
• Monitor event quality, timelines, and on-site standards.
• Ensure all operational documentation, checklists, and reports are completed accurately.
• Maintain and monitor event inventory, logistics, and operational assets.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
