Job summary

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia Head Office is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to lead planning and execution of diverse events. The role focuses on defining objectives, managing budgets, selecting venues, coordinating vendors, and ensuring attendee engagement across channels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field and a proven track record in delivering successful events with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to determine event objectives, themes, and requirements
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards
• Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, decorations, audiovisual setup, and attendee engagement
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery of services
• Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and RSVPs, and provide exceptional customer service to all participants
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising
• Oversee on-site event setup, including supervision of event committees, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to the plan
• Make post-event reports and evaluations
