Job summary

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia Head Office is seeking an Event Specialist to plan and execute a range of events, from corporate gatherings to school functions.

You will manage budgets, coordinate venues, vendors, and on-site logistics, and work closely with marketing to promote events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a track record in planning and executing events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, team members, vendors, and participants.
• Team leadership experience is an added advantage.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to determine event objectives, themes, and requirements.

• Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, decorations, audiovisual setup, and attendee engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and RSVPs, and provide exceptional customer service to all participants.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Oversee on-site event setup, including supervision of event committees, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to the plan.
• Make post-event reports and evaluations.
