Job summary

SCG Group is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive Manager to drive revenue growth across major enterprise accounts in energy, manufacturing, and power plants. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex contracts, and build a robust partner ecosystem to deliver tailored digital solutions.

You will coordinate Thai and regional teams, report to executive leadership, and aim for 15–25% YoY account growth through strong negotiation and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital transformation or program management in energy, manufacturing, or power plants.
• Deep knowledge of power plant operations and digital solutions.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, PSM, or Project Management.
• Ability to coordinate Thai/regional teams and work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑value clients in manufacturing and power plant sectors.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities from lead transition to closing.
• Develop industry development plans and strategic account plans.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance, and cash collection.
• Build and manage partner ecosystems and drive upsell opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and drive YoY growth.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on project performance and market insights.
