Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail apparel industry dynamics, product categories, and consumer trends.
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, inventory systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments.
• Leadership experience with training, mentoring, and team development.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and collaboration with marketing teams.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities
