Job summary

• Proven experience in sales or business development within retail/merchandise/consignment.
• Record of securing new business partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Understanding of consignment models, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential retail partners for merchandise consignment.
• Develop and present consignment proposals with clear value and terms.
• Negotiate consignment agreements aligned with profitability targets.
• Manage full consignment lifecycle: inventory allocation, stock rotation, performance.
• Track sales performance and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and pursue expansion.
• Collaborate with inventory, finance, and marketing for smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends to uncover new opportunities.
