You will build relationships with consignment partners, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to deliver on-brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in brand management or retail partnerships.
• Experience managing multi-partner relationships and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of brand management and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in sales analysis and inventory management.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Bali market dynamics is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consignment strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales across retail partners in the Bali region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignment partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and profitability of consignment arrangements to optimise returns.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to consignment locations, working closely with retail partners to drive customer engagement.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews with consignment partners to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all consignment touchpoints.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations and maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage consignment documentation, contracts, and administrative processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Report on consignment performance metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy refinement.
