• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field with portfolio of campaigns.
• Proficiency with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Website platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience using analytics tools to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other channels to drive traffic and conversions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates
• Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to enhance the user experience and visual presentation of our e-commerce platforms
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising) and optimise for ROI
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various digital channels, ensuring excellent customer service
• Conduct search engine optimisation (SEO) activities to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Report on e-commerce performance, provide insights, and recommend strategic improvements
