Job summary

Professional Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll for multiple clients across regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in payroll, strong Indonesian payroll knowledge, English proficiency, and experience with HRIS/payroll systems. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams and maintain data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in outsourcing or multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll; SEA payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience handling multi-client payroll operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for multiple outsourced clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax filings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect and validate payroll data.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees.
• Assist in ongoing and upcoming payroll projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
