Job summary

J&T Cargo in Indonesia seeks an experienced payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple branches. You will ensure accurate salary calculations and timely payments, while handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations and updates.

You will collaborate with Area HR, verify payroll components (salary, overtime, allowances, deductions), and support PPh 21 tax administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Accounting, or Law (or related).
• At least 3 years in payroll operations, preferably multi-branch.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
• Solid knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data processing and payroll reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Area HR and departments.
• English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and timely salary payments.
• Coordinate with Area HR and departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, updates, and deactivations.
• Calculate and verify payroll components: salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Support PPh 21 calculations and payroll tax administration.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports and support reconciliation and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
