Job summary

PT Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to manage channel penetration across inbound, outbound, and field sales touchpoints. You will develop and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate growth and achieve revenue targets for each channel.

You will design training programs, onboard frontline agents, and build SOPs while identifying bottlenecks to streamline workflows and improve agent efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Channel Management; field or outbound sales exposure preferred.
• Proven track record in expanding channel penetration across inbound, outbound, and field operations.
• Ability to create and execute tactical commercial strategies that drive sales conversion and revenue.
• Experience delivering training modules, onboarding frontline agents, and building SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to simplify transaction workflows and improve agent efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize market penetration across all Channel Dev touchpoints (inbound, outbound, field).
• Develop and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate sales growth and hit revenue targets per channel.
• Design training programs, lead onboarding sessions, and coach agents to maintain high performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to simplify transactions and improve client-agent communication.
• Monitor KPI metrics daily/weekly and report insights to the Business Development Lead.
