Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to generate and convert leads, conduct product presentations, and build strong relationships with customers to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
Experience as Sales Consultant is a plus.
Must have strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to operate Google Workspace and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress using the CRM system.
Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
