Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a Channel Development Specialist to optimize distributor networks, research market trends, and negotiate contracts. You will build strong distributor relationships, collaborate across departments, and lead channel enhancement programs to expand market reach.

The role requires 2+ years in channel work with leadership exposure, fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian, and willingness to travel for market visits in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in channel, with prior team leadership experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (spoken, written, and reading).
• Experience in developing strategic channel enhancement programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
• Proactive with a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess good time management skills.
• Strategic thinking, innovative thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for market visits and be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic channel programs to optimize sales and enhance market share through distributor network.
• Conduct research and identify market trends to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, including terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
• Collaborate with distributors during store visits to ensure successful implementation of projects and identify necessary support.
• Manage and monitor distributor performance while providing ongoing support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
• Develop marketing strategies for distribution channels to ensure products or services reach a broader customer base.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance and logistics, to ensure alignment in achieving business targets.
