Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant in Indonesia to generate and convert leads into sales and help achieve individual and team revenue targets. You will conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers.

You will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, manage data and activities in the CRM, and stay updated on Ruangguru’s products and education trends. This role requires travel and a personal smartphone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Having experience working as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Have a strong commitment to work in the sales sector and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Have good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Have the ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to work with high mobility and travel on business.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
