Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-oriented Business Development professional to drive market penetration across all Channel Dev touchpoints, including inbound, outbound, and field sales.

You will design and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate sales growth and reach revenue targets for each channel, while leading training programs and onboarding frontline agents to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Channel Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize market penetration across all Channel Dev touchpoints (inbound, outbound, field sales).
