Haskoning is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Indonesia to drive market growth within the engineering consulting sector. You will identify new opportunities, support proposals, and work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, consultancy, or project leadership within Industry & Buildings.
Proven track record of winning complex projects with multinational clients.
Strong regional market knowledge and established business network.
Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Identify and capture new business opportunities to achieve defined sales targets.
Support proposal development and marketing initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders and participate in weekly strategy meetings.
Provide data-backed insights and presentations to support business findings.
Assist in creating minutes of meetings and supporting documentation.
