Job summary

Haskoning seeks a Senior Decarbonization Consultant to lead multidisciplinary energy projects in Indonesia, collaborating with teams in the Netherlands and Indonesia. You will guide feasibility studies, design energy systems, and advise clients on decarbonization strategies with sound business cases.

You will build and coach teams, manage client relationships, and travel occasionally to deliver projects across local and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical university degree and strong analytical thinking.
• At least 10 years in industrial and energy sectors with a broad professional network.
• Knowledge of industrial energy systems and sustainable tech integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects with engineering and commercial teams.
• Deliver feasibility studies and conceptual designs for energy systems.
• Advise on energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainable generation with financial viability.
• Manage commercial process with clients and travel occasionally.
